PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
Integrity Environmental prepares comprehensive Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in accordance with the Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice E1527-13) for real estate transactions, property development, bank financing, refinancing and foreclosures, and other internal proactive audit programs.*
A Phase I ESA completed by Integrity Environmental will provide information about any current or historical contamination of hazardous substances and/or petroleum products of the subject property. In accordance with ASTM E1527-13, a thorough records review is performed, title information is reviewed, historical maps and aerial images are researched, and an Environmental Professional performs a site visit to inspect the subject property for any visible contamination.
Integrity Environmental has successfully completed twenty Phase I ESAs in the past year for sites throughout Southcentral Alaska, including remote sites that were only accessible by helicopter. We consistently deliver thorough and reliable reports on or before the established deadline. Click here to contact us to get more information about acquiring a Phase I ESA for your property.
*It should be noted that a warranty on the environmental condition of the site cannot be provided, nor a guarantee of any kind. The report provided will represent professional opinion based upon the information disclosed by the client and available in public records, together with the application of standard scientific field investigation methods. It must be recognized that at the completion of the Phase I ESA, there may be unresolved issues regarding the possible contamination of the site, or the potential presence of suspect materials. Based upon preliminary findings of the Phase I study, the client will be immediately informed of any suspect or unusual conditions which may result in a recommendation for further study.
